What we built
Rebuilt the entire Meta campaign architecture from scratch. Introduced a 3-angle creative testing system rotated every 7 days. Set up full attribution — GA4, UTMs, pixel — so every rupee was tracked. Launched a 5-flow email retention system targeting the existing 8,000-person list that had never been emailed.
